Crystal Light Healing is a highly effective natural therapy combining Chromatherapy (Colour Therapy) with the power of crystals to balance the body. The original technique was developed by Joao Teixeira, a healer of international renown, who runs the famous healing centre Casa de Dom Ignacio, in Abadiania, Brazil- the country of crystals. During treatment the patient is lying on a massage table. Seven healing quartz crystals, especially prepared by Joao Teixeira, are suspended a few centimetres above the body, pointing at the seven chakras. These energy centres are then bathed in coloured light, using their respective colours and frequencies at precise intervals. The quartz acts as a laser which focuses, accelerates and amplifies energy in a narrow beam, directed on the energy centres on the front and then the back of the body.
For centuries quartz has been one of the most powerful and healing amplifiers on the planet. It unblocks and releases energy in a perfect way, bringing it to its optimum state throughout the body or where it is particularly needed.
